Requirements for LIMITED LIABILITY COMPANY

• Certificate of Incorporation (certified copy and a photocopy)
• Certificate to commence Business
• A copy of company regulations

Requirements for SOLE PROPRIETOR

• Certificate of Registration (certified copy and a photocopy)
• Certified true and current copy of Form A. (certified copy and a photocopy)

• Name, Postal Address and House Number
• Two (2) passport size photographs
